We believe this claim was incorrectly denied. Rural Health Network was added to our GPO membership roster effective October 1, 2024. Please see attached membership confirmation letter from Premier.
Thank you for your dispute submission. We have reviewed the attached documentation. However, our records show that Rural Health Network was added to the Premier roster on October 15, 2024, which is after the claim period start date of October 1, 2024.
Could you please provide the effective date of membership as shown in your contract, or confirm if a retroactive adjustment was approved?
